What battery chemistry does the APStorage use?
The APStorage uses Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP / LiFePO₄) chemistry. LFP is the preferred chemistry for home energy storage — it's thermally stable, has a long cycle life (3,000+ cycles), and is safe for indoor installation.
What inverter does the APStorage battery work with?
The APStorage battery is designed to pair with the APsystems ELS PCS (Power Conversion System). It is not a standalone battery — the ELS PCS manages all charge, discharge, and grid interaction for the system.
Can I add more batteries later?
Yes. The APStorage system is modular — multiple battery units can be connected in parallel with the ELS PCS to expand your total storage capacity over time.
Can the APStorage battery be installed indoors?
